Hi folks, just thought I'd do a news round up as there's been a lot of things happening over the last week.
As always, keep up to date with up-to-the-minute news on our twitter feed.
Here's the news:
- Matt Groening was honored with the WGA 15th Annual Animation Writing Award on November 28th. He was presented with the award by Futurama co-creator David X Cohen.
- The WGA also just announced their nominations for this year with Josh Weinstein earning a nomination for 'A Farewell To Arms' alongside several former Futurama writers for other shows.
- Eric Horsted gained a writing nomination for The Bots and the Bees for this years Annie Awards.
I also wanted to mention that a British show that Rough Draft(Futurama's animation studio) have been working on, Full English, has a Facebook page which you can like and find out more about the show. |
