Zapp Brannigan is a 25
star General of the Democratic Order of Planets and has been responsible
for several successful wars including a triumph of the pacifists of the
Ghandi Nebula and his most famous - defeating the killbots in the octilian
system. He is always accompanied on missions by his hapless assistant
Kif Kroker. He also is responsible for the directive B10.81, otherwise
known as Brannigans law, which prohibits the involvement with undeveloped
worlds. But behind all this success and heroism is a wimp who is not very
intelligent at all and who uses battle moves such as sending wave after
wave of men into battle to be killed, just so the killbots would reach
their preset kill limit. He slept with Leela, a fact which he constantly
reminds her of.
