Best episode ever

i know this refers to something on page one and this isn't the messageboard, but which idiot said it was poking fun at religon,
i'm a christian and i did'nt find any of it offensive in the least
it was supposed to be thoughtful,
i was impressed because it came from non christians

Everything was great about this episode. I could go in to all the philosophical goodness...but instead I'll say the animation was especially cool.

Just saw this one on Adult Swim. I'm not usually a Futurama fan, but this episode really was superbly written. For those wondering, "God" in this episode is based upon the 2001: Space Odysessy books - the super computer HAL's consciousness gets scattered into space and later helps humankind with guidance against the monoliths. Very very good episode.

Brilliant episode!

The space-scenes were just fantastic. (Note that they were all 3D!!!) Beautifull shot of a 3D bender, wonderfull nebulas.
One of few episodes that has a serious side to it. brilliant!
