This episode was good up until Bender got on tv (good plot, pacing, etc.). He was WAY too annoying, and I didn't believe his change of heart at the end. Like recent endings, (i.e. "Spanish Fry") this show came to a sudden, convenient end that seemed lacking. Not good at all. Maybe it's good the show got cancelled.

This episode could have been a lot better. The self-commentary (ie. the network president, FART etc.) and a lot of the bender humour was good, but the self-referential parts (characters mentioning Futurama - wtf?) were confusing, unfunny and destroy the continuity of the show. Self-references are IMHO a very bad idea. A pity that there had to be a Futurama episode with this in it.

Only an average one. Maybe a bit below that. Would be C-. There where better ones in this season. Bender as a fighter against violence in TV was not quite believable. The whole episode reminded me strongly of that Simpsons episode in which Marge fights against the violence in Itchy and Scratchy. Some funny moments ("The mob's with me...").
Nice to see the Hypnotoad again before the series ends.
