Heh heh, sorry guys. I guess I just went off one one about the whole Fox network thing- I get emotional about these things! Anyway, I stand by my rating (though Alex, that's a damn good point about the airing dates- I stand corrected), I watched it again and was just as struck by its total averageness. Anyway, the Route of all Evil was much better, most amusing and not over-laboured. nicely done.

A truly astonishing episode. I sat with my mouth agape that the writers could choose to leave us on such a down ending. "Nooo," I cried at the screen. "Wrong! Don't leave it there!"
But there is a lot of circumstancial evidence to suggest that there will be a sequel - Groening and the boys love to screw with us - including the appearence of Nibbler and the fact that Seymour was fast-fossilized, rather than simply dying of old age.
Great television in anybodie's language.

One of the best episodes of Series 5 so far... so sad yet so good, has elements of everything in there.

one for the 'kitsch'-loving folks and for the dog owners. I have seen better episodes.

Awesome episode, whilst I didn't burst into tears, I was certainly holding them back the first time I saw it :)

As for the song name, check the capsule, it has it and all the info from each episode in there
