A very good summary of the finale of Into the Wild Green Yonder and a great work on both dealing with the aftermath properly and making a new story in only 22 minutes. A hard work, and still done with both emotions and humour. Together with In-A-Gadda-Da-Leela a perfect start of the new season.

A somewhat shakey start to the new season but a strong one nonetheless. The pacing is far too fast and the plot is a little all over the place. There were also a handful of cringe-inducingly bad jokes, but the vast majority of jokes had me laughing out loud and the plot was very interesting and features a great twist, plus Fry and Leela, yay!

Brilliant! Why such a low rating?

Anyone who thought this was a good episode is blind, or too desperate for Futurama.

There were so many errors, from errors about the characters' past (Fry comments on his "College Years") to blind forgetfulness of previous episodes (Fry & the Professor refer to Stem Cells as controversial just to get "political" despite the fact that they've appeared on the show before...)

The beauty of Futurama was that there was 1,000 years for all the political CRAP to be over with. Futurama WAS witty and politically neutral, now it's purposely edgy, with stupid bits of sexual humor (professor slaps Amy's ass).

It's like the old writers are gone, replaced with Family Guy writers.

So happy Futurama is back. The episode was super funny and I can't wait for the rest of the season

Good start. Not the greatest episode ever done (Roswell that Ends Well was), but this eposide required background and explanation. Give it some time, critics!

Gotta admit the new episode wasn't as great as it should have been. The whole Fry/Leela thing was a little gay but I suppose it had its reasons for being there.

This episode was average at best. Considering the voice actors have had a few years off the voices stayed spot on. I would have prefered more humour but understand that they needed to tie up certain aspects from the last movie.

This episode was creaative, clever, ingenuitive and thought provoking. It brought together the traditonal futurama plot lines with a raft of witty lines and hilarious scenes. It has changed since it was last in episode form buit has changed for the better, a triumph.

It was a decent start. One or two jokes didn't work too well in Futurama though, such as the Screaming Leela and Robot Terminators, but other than that it started out on a good note. The Bender subplot got funnier the more I rewatched the episode too.
