The Futurama Season 3 DVDs are released in the UK at the beginning of June 2003 ( Germany: September, more expensive - get the UK set if you don't need the German sound). You can preorder it at amazon.co.uk for £29.99 (25% off).
If you are outside of Europe, check if your DVD player is 'hackable' to region 2 and can convert from PAL. PS2 can be chipped to play them.

The Season 3 episodes aired from January 21th 2001 to December 12th 2002 on FOX in the USA. The huge time frame is due to FOX airing them out of order - making one Season 3 episode actually air in Season 5. With 22 episodes, this DVD set will be the biggest Futurama will see. There are some stinkers in this set, but it includes highly valued episodes such as "Amazon Women", "Parasites Lost", "Luck of the Fryrish", "Time keeps on slippin'", Emmy winner "Roswell that ends well" and "Godfellas".
This makes the Season 3 Futurama DVD set a must-have.
Regarding the USA: There is no release date for the Season 3 DVDs yet.
