Zapp's third appearance and again he is a highlight of the season. Wonderful.
Zapp: Leela, can you point out the man you had sex with in this courtroom?
(Leela points unwillingly to Zapp)
Zapp: And what is his name??
Leela *sigh* Zapp Brannigan
Zapp: Exactly, the same Zapp Brannigan that did NOT blow up Doop Headquarters.

Excellent episode. Both Zapp (whom I normally don't like) and especially Kif were excellent. Kif had some great lines in this one. The first episode in which I have actually liked Zapp. The episode was hilarious throughout, and some great jokes from the neutrals : "your neutralness, it's a beige alert", "if I don't survive tell my wife hello". One of the best episodes!

A fantastic episode, Zapp is brilliant! the plot is ok/good but the gags are spot on,and Kif just adds polish to the overall madness of Zapp's insane logic(ribbon cutting bit). Brilliant!
