Zapp's third appearance and again he is a highlight of the season. Wonderful.

Zapp: Leela, can you point out the man you had sex with in this courtroom?
(Leela points unwillingly to Zapp)
Zapp: And what is his name??
Leela *sigh* Zapp Brannigan
Zapp: Exactly, the same Zapp Brannigan that did NOT blow up Doop Headquarters.

This is one of the best episodes without a doubt.. Forget Zapp. The jokes about neutrality had me rolling on the floor.

Best ep in the series behind perhaps Amazon Women in the Mood...

Excellent episode. Both Zapp (whom I normally don't like) and especially Kif were excellent. Kif had some great lines in this one. The first episode in which I have actually liked Zapp. The episode was hilarious throughout, and some great jokes from the neutrals : "your neutralness, it's a beige alert", "if I don't survive tell my wife hello". One of the best episodes!

This episode has got to be one of the best. Why are all these other fans bagging it out as one of the worst? Priceless Brannigan commentary.

A fantastic episode, Zapp is brilliant! the plot is ok/good but the gags are spot on,and Kif just adds polish to the overall madness of Zapp's insane logic(ribbon cutting bit). Brilliant!
