Magnificent. I loved the boat sequence with the Oompa Loompa's.

It was good, but I couldn't help compare it to the episode of Family Guy that also spoofs Willy Wonka. The Family Guy episode was funnier, especially Family Guy's Oompa Loompa song. Still, a good episode, and I like that Slurm is a product that you see advertisements for in the background of nearly every episode.
