#21 by Kristi Great, but Zapp Brannigan is being used too much. He's been in 4 out of 15 episodes so far. Zapp's funny and all, but I don't want to see him every third episode. Good things: Kif seemed even more pathetic than usual, which was funny. The Neutral Planet and DOOP were funny. The best part of the show was the first trial, especially the obnoxious hooting. The animation looked a little off but not too bad. There were some well animated parts (like when DOOP got blown up). Overall, worthy of a 5, but just barely. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. Leela:Who could i possibly attack with these scissors there not even sharp. Zapp is great ("What makes a man turn neutral"), DOOP heaquarters are blown up, Kif finally verbalises his frustrations (a bit too much) and Leela publicly announces her romp with Zapp! I think Zapp is a wonderful character, and this is the only episode I've seen that truly exposes his egotistical incompetence to other Futurama characters. Bring back Futurama! Bring back Zapp!
