I love this episode, one of my favourates. I especially like Beelzebot, the Robot Devil. The song at the end is superb and the Beastie Boys are really good guest stars too. In this episode Bender gets addicted to electricity with hilarious results. Robot Hell is a really creative idea and I have a feeling we'll be seeing Beelzebot again in the future season 4 episode "Idle Hands are the Devils Playthings".

It might have been that I was in a bad mood when I watched this one. I didn't enjoy it quite as much as others seem to have. I actually felt that the song at the end, while quite clever, went on a little too long.

Still a very strong episode, just not strong enough for a perfect score.

Any Bender episode is great, but this is without a doubt the funniest one and it is also my favorite episode. The ending song is perfect and hilarious, my favorite part is:

"I'm Sure There Are Other Robots Worse Than I."
"no there really aren't we checked."

Or something like that, it's been a while since I've seen the episode, but I plan to watch it time and time again when I get Volume One on DVD! Go Futurama!

I thought this Ep started out good but ended dumb. I really didn't feel it was up to Futurama's normal standard. I thought the song was lame. The whole religion parody has been done to death too. Over all Futurama is an excellent show but this one wasn't.

A wonderful episode. The jokes are borderline offensive, but they're still damn funny, and nothing beats hearing Dan Castellanetta sing (except, perhaps, for hearing him scream like a little girl when the gold fiddle hits Beelzebot in the head...). Bender's the best when he's at his worst.

Awesome episode! Carrying on the Simpsons tradition of a main character going to hell. I'm a huge Beastie Boys fan so this was a must see. The sond was awesome as well. Gotta love the jacking on scenes. Hilarious!

Simply superb. Although many things make this ep great, two things stand out. First, unlike many guest appearances on Futurama, the appearance of the Beastie Boys seems to be a natural, organic feature of the plot (and they are very funny, including the song over the end titles). Their concert at the beginning hilariously and poignantly illustrates the plight of the head in the jar. Second, the Robot Hell song is fantastic. I give a sixth point for having the Beelzebot scream like a girl when getting hit. One of the best.

This solid episode, well worthy of anyones half hour, makes a terrific finale to the awesome first season of "Futurama". This episode ranks up there with the best of them in my "Futurama" Hall of Fame ( along with classics such as "A Tale of Two Santas'" and "Amazon Women in the Mood").
The episode starts out on a great beat with a rockin' Beastie Boys concert, and and Benders infamous first jolt of "electricity". Thus follows a halarious and supremly entertaining "Futurama" episode, sure to be remembererd as one of the greats.
The humor is engaging and Robot Hell is strangley cool ( along with the side-splitting musical number), and all in all the episode is a champion the whole way through.

* Bender is in a hot tub with some other Fembots.The Robot Devil knocks at the door.*

Pretty good episode, I say! Benders experience with electricity was alright(not the funniest). Now, Bender finding religion was HELL-LARIOUS! I mean, the whole putting on the Robot-Fish on the ship in order to convert others was funny. The crews response to him finding religion was true(overall, friends usually aren't very supportive of finding spirituality, unless its the faith they already believe in)
The Grace part was funny(if a bit copying of a stand up comedy act(I forget who) I saw) Benders hug with Fry was good, if a bit creepy. The song at the end was alright, if a bit long.

Dan Castellanata as the robot devil Beezlebot was great. His girlish screams when hit by the fiddle were hilarious. A nice ending song which was actually funny, and fry's afro was hilarious!

In this episode,the actors' voices became more familier and confident. The Beastie Boys bit was hilarious, as was Fry's afro.This episode marked the fisrt time Bender's morals were questioned in any significant way. Dan Castelaneta made a noteworthy appearance and, as always, was spot on. The reference to the Charlie Daniels song 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia' was a clever addition. Also, Bender's drug trip was a lot of fun. Who Thought Hell Would be in New Jersey indeed.

I really hate the beastie boys, and seeing them twice really ruined the episode was OK. The story was poor and disjointed, I didn't laugh all that much, but the song saved it from total damnation.

I could take or leave this episode, really. The Beastie Boys' guest spot seems a little forced to me, the send-up of religion is funny but not particularly inspired, and as far as Bender-centric episodes go this one is not among my favorites. The song, though, is absolutely brilliant--and that saves this episode from mediocrity.

This episode introduces Beelzebot, the Robot Devil. It touches upon Bender's terrible habits in a very amusing, comical way and gives us wonderful, catchy music to boot. Dan Castellaneta (best known as the voice of Homer Simpson) plays Beelzebot and does a stellar job! A must-watch episode for anyone wanting to get into this series.
