Easily the best so far this season. Everything felt natural and smooth, and all the characters were used just the right amount (though I wish there was more Professor, the scene with Scruffy and his goldfish more than made up for that). And Fry was used perfectly. They didn't crap all over the Fry/Leela relationship like I thought they would. In fact, they did the opposite.

I was also glad to see that Leela seducing Zapp wasn't the entire plot of the episode. It was clearly something she didn't want to do, but done out of desperation (and it also came with some great lines: "Let's meet at say... exactly 7:58." )

I like how Morris mentioned that he likes living in the sewer, which explains why we haven't seen much of them. Seeing Leela's Grandmother and the Borax Kid again was great as well.

But yeah. The entire episode held together nicely and didn't fall apart due to some tiny little annoyance like some of the previous episodes. The resolution felt natural unlike TBATB, Zapp and Kif were great as usual ("Honoured guests! Also Kif..." ), and it didn't turn anyone into a total douchebag like what Season 6 did to Leela.

I wasn't a huge fan of the break-up, but it worked fine even if it seemed a bit rushed. Still, that's a minor complaint for an otherwise stellar episode.

An easy 9/10.

pretty good. liked the fry/leela moment. interested in the "getting there" comment on fry being marriage material. also pleased that it wan't another "inna-gada-da-leela" or whatever the hell that one was called, ill go with a 4

This is the best episode I've seen in a long time, and of the season thus far!

I simply laughed the entire time.

I think they knew that this had to be really funny and well written, acted, and animated to work right.

And it was.

An amazing Morris and Munda tale.

While not the funniest episode I've seen, it was just so chock full of gooey warmness that I couldn't not love virtually everything about it (even if the spat between Leela's parents seemed underdeveloped). Plus we got to see the Nimbus actually doing something awesome for once.

Definitely the best episode of the Season so far. Besides being hilarious; there wern't any cringe moments. Everything worked out perfectly in the end, and Zapp had some hilarious moments. ("May I kiss the bride?")

The second okay but not great episode in a row. The ending was incredibly predictable (actually they all have been this season, save The Bots and the Bees), and there weren't too many good jokes. Most of the events made very little sense. I was also disappointed that we saw so little of the rest of the cast other than Leela. Not even Kif, the greatest Futurama character there is, is enough to save this episode. Overall, 2.5/5

This has to be the best Leela-related episode. I loved the treaty scene(first).
I loved how Leela makes examples of after-divorce, and how her mother and Zapp are, well you know the rest. Pretty funny. Like the return of the Borax kid.

I'm wondering if we all watched the same episode. I found it cheap and irritating. The plot with Leela's mother and Brannigan seemed terribly off-base for both their characters, not to mention predictable (Leela's attempted seduction, etc) and generally not up to Futurama's standards.

Simple but solid plot. "Decision 3000" was just dull and tired satire, while "The Thief of Baghead" was too weird even for Futurama's standards, so this basic story was a nice way to get the series back on track.

Besides, even though Leela's parents have had several episodes before, this fleshed out their personalities more than ever. The laughs were a little low, but otherwise, back on par with the quality of the season premieres.

I am not really fond of reviews, so the ones I've done so far, served only the purpose of lifting up some overalls, I felt they were unfair to an episode. Same case here. It feels more like a 4 to me so an overall 80-85 would do it justice. In order to help that accomplishment(which will be completely pointless if afterwards someone give a 1,2,3) I'll give it a 5.

It was average Futurama for me...Which is still above-average TV, I'm proud to say.

Leela's parents getting back together was pretty predictable, and what was a real shame was that it opened up alot of ground for them as characters. Leela's mother got to go to the stars and her dad really did seem quite happy as a surfer. (And it's a credit to Futurama they can make something as absurd as that feel genuine!)

I guess I wish this could have either had more time or been a running plotline in the season. Still, it was fun.

What was not to like. However as soon as Morris invited fry to sewer surf, I said no..fry can't, he will mutate. In syndication, some may wonder why fry is going to jump in the sewage to punish himself when all he will need is alot of shots. It's not a real big deal, like when bender has a son for the first time and dosen't hand him over to the robot devil.

Doesn't really seem like an episode I'd like, but I quite liked it. The premise sounded really bad, but I was sort of hooked and didn't notice I was hooked until a couple of scenes I didn't like. Nixon performing at the wedding (random), and Kif caring too much about the cake (out of character).

The "getting there" line was the worst moment of the new season, only marginally better than last season's worst joke, the dancing cat line from 'That Darn Katz' - which is too bad because the rest of the episode was chalk full of solid jokes and enjoyable Zapp antics. The ending felt a little too convenient, and the wedding premise smelled like new Simpsons weddings, but I like seeing the writers not afraid to use characters (Morris, the mom) who weren't super popular again. They are still good characters, even if not super funny. They don't all have to be Morbo.

Hm, this episode wasn't that great in my opinion, and I love Zapp episodes (his a brilliant charater!) Sure, Zapp and Kif were awesome, and had great moments, and it's nice to see an episode about Leela's parents, I guess. But something felt very off. Ah well, it was enjoyable, and had me laughing. It was good. I give it that much. 6.5/10

I admit the "getting there" line was REALLY sappy, but it didn't detract from the episode in any way.

Anyways, the episode was decent, but nothing special. I love Leela's parents as characters, but never thought they needed an episode centered around them. They're better as side characters in my opinion.

Lots of laughs, and a compelling story. Okay, the scene with Morris "surfing" against the aliens was kinda stupid, but the alien weapon was cool beyond description.
