This was an awesome episode! Best of the Season so far, on par with Fun on a Bun in my opinion.

Just had to give this a 5/5.

If Futurama had a fifth season on FOX, this is definitely something we would have seen in it!

It was a solid final Vebber episode. And it was much better than last week, that is most certain.
The ending with the flame dudes showing up seemed lazy, but a bunch of jokes did work.

A trend I just noticed - Dan Vebber's episodes tend to get ridiculously weird halfway through. I thought the first half of this was really strong, but it took a bit of a downswing with the blue flame and a total cop-out conclusion. Still, this was the funniest Bender's been so far this year, and I did like how Fry's story concluded. Not a modern classic but better than much of what we've seen lately.

This was a breath of fresh air from last weeks 'bad' episode.
The jokes were funny and even though I often cannot stand when writers to the 'this character gets a job doing...' story, this one works.

The helium gag alone was one of the best.

Meh overall. It started up with a good premise but ended weird. The idea for a villain in this one was really far-fetched. And those so unpredictable plot twists are so predictable this season. It felt flat.

loved it. favorite episode of the season so far. just funny. didnt see last weeks yet but from the reaction i dont think it's their best. however lots of you for some reason didnt like all the presidents heads from a few years ago and it was one of my favorites so who know. anyway... loved it. funny. bender is great.

I liked this one. I don't think as much as everyone else here seems to so far, but it had some great lines.

"You clearly weren't listening to what I was about to say."

"My baby's in that podium!"

"Quit turning us on and go polish your nozzle!"

"The locations create a perfect shape of some kind!"

"I made a rope from my clothes. But then this fire started!"

I actually thought the episode went downhill a bit once Flamo was introduced. I really didn't find him that interesting. I, along with many others here it seems, thought Bender would stop him with the heat exclusion spray, but what actually happened was fine. I also thought him going to the Arctic was going to lead to a joke about Flamo melting the entire Arctic, so ended up laughing in advance at a joke that never came. Weird. The Professor's bowling alley was superb, however.

5/5, amazing episode. In fact, the premise may be the best to date. I liked a lot of things in this episode, flame energy beings for example. TOS would be proud.
That has to be the most unique and epic sci-fi plot yet in their new run, if not ever. For delivering like that, I applaud them.

A great solid epsiode.
Loved seeing Nibbler as a Dalmation firetruck mascot, and the Planet Express ship as said fire-truck-ship!
Bender's igloo home rocked - I want one!
Previous episode, with Bender taking up his dream of being a great folksinger, is still my fave of this seaseon (guess I'm the odd-man out here...)

This episode made up for the below average efforts of the previous one. It actually felt like a return to the glory days, when the Planet Express crew were actually being sent on missions back in season one (a rare occurrence now). The jokes were very clever and well-timed, with a better emotional pull than some of the recent Futurama episodes. This show is still capable of greatness.

While it's hard to decide which episode has been my favorite of this season so far, it is definitely one of the episodes since the last movie that have made me wonder the least if the episode was going to flop. I'd say it's probably in my top five favorites since the movies, if not my top five of all time.

Indeed the best episode of this season until now. Liked a lot of the small gags ("Made a rope of my clothes and then this fire started", Farnswoth bowling alley :D) and the overall plot was nice. The ending with the yellow creatures was less interesting but anyways... very solid episode!

Ugh!

This is an episode that had some real promise but ended up falling flat. Some good jokes, and an interesting premise/story, but the last act was rushed and forced, and Fry is whiny again. Would have actually worked in a 44 minute setting, but failed in 22 min.

While it's certainly watchable, this goes down as a clinker in my books - probably the worst of the season so far.
