The Futurama Figures: X-Mas
Ornament set(s) Review
Title: Futurama X-Mas Ornament set(s)
By: Moore Action
Collectibles
Designed by: Unknown
Price: $19.99-$29.99
Buy: local specialty stores, Things From Another World, MAC,
SF&More
Wow, these ornaments are amazing. Visually they are equal to any other high quality ornament sets.
Leela
is dressed in a dark red Christmas dress and is wearing little earmuffs around
her tall long purple hair. Leela’s paint job is done very well and is
very precise, but the red fades in certain areas of her dress. It’s not
really a problem though.
Bender comes complete with a Santa hat and belt along with Santa shoes. No part of Bender or any of the other ornaments are movable and all 3 are made out of a solid glass type byproduct.
Fry comes with a Santa hat also, but what makes Fry so special is his Santa beard!
All 3 ornaments are highly detailed, and this is a must have for Futurama and ornament collectors alike!
There
was also an exclusive ComicCon version of the above ornaments, but without
the Christmas decorations and trinkets. And I must say that I personally like
the above set more than the limited edition ComicCon set which was only limited
to 2000 and was sold at the MAC booth there last year. Chances are that MAC
still have leftover sets and they will take them to Comic Con or sell them
at their web site.
