The Futurama Figures: Planet
Express Ship Review
Title:
Planet Express ship
By: Moore Action
Collectibles
Designed by: James Shapp
Price: $8.99 - $12.99
Buy: Most Local specialty stores, MAC,
SF&More

This figure isn’t exactly playing material.
It’s a nice little toy, but don’t expect to get much play time out
of it because it’s very small in size and isn’t very customizable
or movable. Keep in mind that it is a spaceship model, so that’s probably
why it’s not very flexible.
The only movable parts are the antenna, front side docking bay, and two backside pegs. They can be raised and lowered for landing and flying purposes, obviously.
The paint job is pretty good, although there’s discolorations in areas. On the left and right side of the PE ship wing, there is a PE logo - It looks nice and is highly detailed for being so small. There are also many windows throughout the ship, and then of course the main pilots window.
The ship comes with two monsters and a cargo case with slug type animals in it. No background stand or base though, which is kind of a bummer since it costs the same as the figures, and a base to hold this ship airborne would have been a nice addition to the product.
I would have loved a much bigger version of this that Fry, Bender, and Leela could actually walk and moved around in. MAC could have even made some sort of voice activation within the ship. But they didn't, so one can only hope they will in the future.
