Futurama Slurm tin can and playing cards
available at eMerchandise

This has to be one of the coolest Futurama products ever made. Even if you don’t like playing card games, you’ll love just being able to have a can of slurm on your desk!

The extremely highly detailed can is slightly larger than a normal can of soda, but it looks so much like a normal soda can that I nearly picked it up about 7 times thinking I had a drink on my desk!
Slurm - it's highly addictive.

The can has the “Drink Slurm, it’s Highly Addictive!” slogan on the front of the tin body, as seen on the television show. Next to the logo is Fry holding a real can of slurm and winking. I must admit that this is a really cool picture of Fry. Turn the can around and you’ll see all the ingredients it takes to make a can of slurm. Also on the back is a picture of Slurms McKenzie standing next to another logo of the slurm. Nutritionists will be happy to know that a serving of slurm only has 150 Calories, 27% Astral Spores, 10% Meat By-Products, 78% Vitamin B12, 100% Worm Extreta, 25% Useless Filler, and 45% Zinc. Sounds not only yummy, but healthy also! Though the Surgeon Generals warning seems a little risky to the squeamish (Slurm may be habit forming and/or addictive. Drink at your own risk.), although if you’re a moron like Fry, you won’t even notice the side effects.

Believe it or not, there isn’t a soda in this though… playing cards, yes…But no soda! What a rip off! To get to the playing cards, you open the tin lid where the cards safely sit waiting to be played with (can anyone say poker?). The deck itself is highly detailed and well formed - Bender is on the back of each card with the Futurama logo in light blue/gray color. The King, Queen, Jack, Ace, and Joker are all printed with Futurama characters, though the number cards aren’t. Which is a good thing because if the number cards were printed with characters, it’d take away from its main purpose, which is using and playing with the cards.
