Futurama is coming to DVD in the US on March 25th and we got 5 Futurama Season 1 DVD Sets sponsored by FOX Home Entertainment which are looking for new owners to pet and cuddle them. But cool your jets, hotshot: There also are 5 d'ohs.

The D'ohs:

  1. You need to live in the USA (the discs are region 1 and we can only have them sent there).
  2. You need to be at least 13 years old and in case you aren't an adult yet, have permission of your guardian to take part.
  3. You need to believe us that we won't be using any of your submitted data for anything but the contest.
  4. You need to get as many of the trivia questions right as you can to have a good chance. If more than 5 people get them all right, you'll also need 5 correct answers to stand a chance.
  5. You need to submit before April 10th as that's when the 5 winners will be drawn from the pool of submissions and notified by email. They got 72 hours to respond from there. Otherwise we'll pick someone else.

We need a working eMail address to notify the winners and ask them for their full address. We'll only send out to addresses matching the given real name and street name. This is done to prevent multiple entries by the same household. All sets are sent out by FOX Home Entertainment and their attached entities. We hand them the addresses of the final winners and from there it's all their repsonsibility.
