Planet Express is named "Best Delivery Company on Weekends & Holidays" in the big Applet's 762nd Best of New New York issue, but, with little time to celebrate or reflect on the fact that they are the only delivery service on weekends and holidays, the crew is on their way to the farthest reaches of the galaxy to deliver a mysterious shipment for two oddly familiar customers. However, this delivery may be their last!

Script was fair.Artwork was not exactly top notch.As the artist (Tom King) could'nt decide what cup bra Leela wares or what hieght the crew are.Also Bender seemed a little...blocky?But the robot space pirates were very well done.

I thout it was good, jest a little less then #1. Iloved the great futuramay jokes, like the professor foreting his signiture line, and the ship running down the Silver Surffer,Bender burning Frys butt to make him get off of him, and esspeisialy whan Nibbler eats all the Upsilons the end. Did you notice how the Alians used dilivery typ names like, UPS-ilons and FedX 12?

CRAP! Absolutely crap.
The whole comic, artwork and story all went right down the crapper after page 9! The whole "I Love Lucy" thing? What the hell?!
Why use a spoof only 25% of people reading the comic would get and only 1% of those people would find remotely interesting???
Maybe Im being a little harsh, as the comic has some good points:
The first 8 pages were full of classics like the professor forgetting his line, the spawning cake, Nibbler eating Frys shirt while his jacket was still on and the very confused professor at the bottom of page 7. But thats it for the rest of the comic! Futurama should be so full of funny shit you can recall it all!
Who ever wrote this comic should be draged out into the street and shot!
Hopefully no. 3 will rescue Futurama Comics from the hell hole its in(us Aussies have to wait until september 2002 for Futurama Comics 3).
It can only get better from here, right? Right?

Why oh why was this comic used as the second issue? Issue 1 was brilliant. Issue two is by no means terrible (infact it's pretty entertaining) but it's just so average. The story is meaningless (it just about holds your attention) and the artwork is noticably lacking when you compare it to issue one. Fortunatly #2 didn't set a trend for the rest of the series, looking back at it, it's just "the odd one out". The best thing about this issue is the cover art (like the old saying goes "you shouldn't judge a book by its cover).

Very average and bland. I didn't like the new characters at all, they didn't even look like Futurama characters. The story was... ok, and it was executed... ok too. Not terrible, but not great either, meh.

"...But Deliver Us To Evil!" was a very-average story and the artwrok was a bit off. Personally, I think the coverart was better then the whole comic.

Yo, I feel sorry for all you peasants who wasted good f***ing money on this comic. I read the whole thing in a chair in Barnes & Noble and I sure am glad I didn't buy it. It's not that it isn't worth it, it's just, well... not something I would've done.

This was the worst comic that i have ever read. it totally sucked. the story was terrible and not intresting and the only good thing about it was the.... nothing. You will really hate this one, trust me. they wasted at least 3 when bender was giving the people the tour of the ship and they wasted 10 pages (including the 3 about the tour) just doing nothing on the ship, and by the time you read those 10 pages you will be bored to death, even if the most intresting thing happens. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMIC unless you want a complete collection.

I never actually got this issue (or bought it actually), but I did briefly read parts when I found Futurama-O-Rama in my local bookstore (unfortunately I had the other three issues already in the book so I didn't buy it), and with a mix of what I saw, what I read, and what other people are saying, I don't think I would ever buy this issue.

OK, this is Ivan_Ego Fry again. I'll change my statement from the above post that I made. I went into my local newsagent today and found a special "collector's edition" of futurama comics with issues #1 and #2 in it. I already had #1 and seeing it was only $6.95 (AUS$) I bought it. You're basically getting half of Futurama-o-rama in it and if you get #3 and #4 whenever that CE comes out I would basically have Futurama-o-rama for only $14 when it would normally cost $25 here in australia. anyway, the story wasn't that good. it seemed to "jump" too fast...well basically it had a pacing problem. they had a problem with nibbler, then suddenly aliens want to have a delivery then they just stand around on the ship forever then pirates attack then the aliens try to kill them then they are almost killed with acid on an unknow planet then nibbler eats all the aliens??? it was really strange and i didnt actually enjoy it that much...i just got it because it was cheap :D.
