Futurama Article to appear in WIRED

There will be a big article on the return of Futurama in the December issue of WIRED magazine entitled "The WIRED Wish List". The release date is November 27th, the exact day that the Planet Express crew will return to TV screens in "Bender's Big Score".

Literally no one is coming into my store to pre order the dvds. I've been talking up these new releases with great anticipation and excitement, but customers seem uninterested. This proves that FOX sucks at everything. Look at how long it took them to bring back Family Guy!

People are far more interested in a show when it stays on a specific night; a lesson FOX STILL has not learned.

The upcoming article may end up being a boon for the dvds, but few magazines are read by everyone.

Here's hoping Zoidberg and friends can outlast the network execubots for good.

I've just read the release date this is awesome!!!! but I'm also English and want to know when i can get my hands on the region 2 DVD!!!

Anyone know???

Guys, if your not in the US and want it, preorder it... You can get a region code for your dvd player to play all region dvds, if there aint one for your player, play it on the pc (they read all regions)! Google videohelp, click dvd hacks on that site to find region codes ;)

PC dvd players only have a set number of region changes before they lock in ona the last used region. best bet is to buy a region free player or ahck your current one. usually very simple..just put your dvd player and model number and "region hack" into google. Usually it's a simple code

Then but the DVD from Playusa dot com as they offer free shipping

F*** yeah. I'll be grabbing that issue the day it hits stands. I'm so glad Futurama is coming back. It was such a shame it was canceled when it was, at that point it was really coming into it's own and was so great.

Thanks for the advice. Preordered on Play USA and I now have a multi-region DVD player; ridiculous.

The hack for my DVD was obviously just how they set it for each region the set it in, secret menu stuff; so I'd check out for how dodgy it sounds KingDaz.

I can't wait, woo-hoo! Still a whole month away and who knows how long it'll take to get here - specially with the old royal mail strikes - yawn!

i also hacked my dvd player, it was just punching in some numbers and a secret menu popped up. just change the region to "0" and it plays everything, you will never have to change it back. i can't wait! I'll check out that playusa thing and compare the shipping prizes to amazon. thanks!
