"Beast with a Billion Backs" on TV

For those who still don't have the DVD: The second Futurama Movie "Beast with a Billion Backs" will be on TV tonight at 8PM on Comedy Central.

In addition, 'EZ-52' told me that UK fans might want to switch on their telly next Sunday when Futurama "makes a much anticipated television return on Sunday 26th October at 7.30pm only on Sky1". Not yet exactly sure what they are showing.

It's also showing on Sky1 HD, actually IN HD it would seem (according to the EPG anyway).

Sky 1 are showing a Futurama triple bill, from 1630 - 1900 this Sunday, though it's been variously reported as being 2 repeats + 1 new episode or 1 repeat + 2 new episodes (their also airing a repeat at 1200 that day, as well).

They also appear to be repeating the first of the new episodes at 2030 Monday 27th.

The downside is that they also appear to be cutting back on the screenings fo the original series on this channel & concentrating them on Sky 2, with a triple bill at 1530 every day.

Yeah, i've seen the advertisement. Im not so sure, some clips on it ad are from the origional series. I think there will be atleast one new episode though.

I read in a UK TV mag that there is 16 new episodes starting as of sunday.. Don't know of it's a mix or what but the cetailed individual pages has the 1st episode as Bender's Big Score (1/2) so unsure what is going on.

For anyone who missed the first installment of BBS on Sky 1 tonight, they are repeating it at 2030 tomorrow.

I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet, but they have added at least one new bit.

Hey just so you know, in your review of Bender's Game you list the price on Amazon a couple times at $19.99, when as of right now it is listed at $14.99.

I hope all the movies do well with TV airings... I assume DVD sales are pretty solid.
