Sadly, it seams we have to wait.. Atlest we aren't nasty tossers that decide "we can't wait" and steal them.. Support the creators of Futurama and sit tight and wait! or just watch old episodes.. Of course, i think the comic is still going too ^_^

Yeah, shut up ManicMan. I make up for any episode I download (or watch free on a site called Cast TV, which you all can do by the way, even outside the US) by buying the DVDs.

So you're right, I *can't wait*, and if networks realised that and pushed their product globally for reasonable fees, it'd be win-win. Of course my local broadcast networks lose out, but how much longer are they gonna be round anyway? (Kidding: support quality local content rather than distribution).

I was trying to keep it fairly civil and respect the rules here but.. okay.. I can street fight as much as the next guy.. You think that doing something that is clearly and 100% Illegal, is okay because you then buy it? I'll remember to pass that message along to everyone in the field that I meet.. Most of them will tell you that just because 1 in 100 then support the item, all of them 100 are support the illegal file sharing. Too much of a kid to understand that, no problem.. i know Teachers at primary school that can explain it better to you.. If that Online viewing site is a LEGAL one, i have no problems with it.. If it's like Youtube and most of the content is illegal, then i have a major problem with it.

Oh and yes.. I little money being on the dole, and I have to pay stupid prices at times for stuff i want because they don't get release in the UK or given such small releases, they become pretty rare.. Don't use the 'Oh, i can't afford it, so i have a right to steal it' reason, cause I for one would LOVE to see you try that in a court of law.. Oh and

Oh dear here we go again!

Despite file sharing and what the industry says is killing them the actual sales and profits show that the copyright holders have never had it so good... FACT!

There's a very good reason why people such as Johnny Depp make $50,000,000 a year and it's not because of piracy! Now I'm not saying it makes it right to steal because such people are paid such ridiculous amounts of money, but I do say its morally wrong to pay so much to an individual then complain you could go out of business because of file sharing!

You see Manicman, what Hollywood do is see each illegal download as a lost sale, just as you did with your 1 in 100 example, when in fact its a gained sale! How is it a gained sale? Because out of those 100 illegal downloads 99 of them would never have brought the title anyway, not even if it were in a bargain bucket at their local store for a dollar! And don't forget that those 100 people would never of had the chance to see the copyright anyway because it's not showing in their country, or they can't afford the satellite package to watch the episode/movie.

File sharing whether right or wrong is an absolute God send in terms of getting your work/message out to the masses, if its good quality people will buy!

Oh and your assumption that its people on the dole file sharing because they can't afford to buy the copyright is as far off the mark as your assumption that file sharing is doing the industry more arm then good!

Explain this, why is that Avatar (12 years after Titanic and now in a world of super broadband) is one of the most successful films of all time, not only in terms of awards but also box office/DVD sales, Yet it's believed to be one of the most pirated films too? I suspect one of the reasons is because people have watched their poor quality pirated copies that they have downloaded or watched on Youtube and decided it warrants to be seen on the big silver screen or added to their HD collection. However, Hollywood and I'm sure people like yourself will see it in such a way that those millions of illegal downloads/views equal billions lost... Ya right!

Well, if Fox UK doesn't release it before Christmas, then I'll just import the region 1 version (which is perfectly legal and supports the creators), and it'll be Fox UK's fault that they lost the sale by not releasing it.

Also, as much as I hate piracy, if it weren't for downloads I wouldn't have heard about some shows which I have then bought on R1 DVD (as no one in the UK can be bothered to release them).

It just got wild in here.

Opinions are just that; opinions. I DO NOT download music, tv shows or dvds. I don't want any part of anything illegal. I know that there are two sides to the argument, but I prefer to keep things on the straight and narrow.

You guys need to remember that there will ALWAYS be illegal garbage floating around in this country, on the net and in our non-digital world as well.

It sucks that a lot of you can't get these desired items, so find someone that can help you obtain them legally.

Let's end the arguing and focus on the christmas episode that is sure to make the largest grown man in the room laugh like a ten year old:)
