Well it's that time of year again. when we say goodbye to the Planet Express gang for another 10 months!
This Wednesday sees the current season go out with a double bill bang with the great Sir Patrick Stewart guest starring in '30th Century Fox' at 10pm/9c followed by a special episode where the Futurama gang are re-imagined in a nature documentary. What does that mean? Well tune in to find out!

Of course that is the important thing, TUNE IN! Comedy Central will be watching ratings to decide whether to renew the show past next year's 13 episodes.
So tell your, mother, brother, lover, loverBOT, and dog to watch.

I think if comedy central was smart they would look more carfully at DVD, BLU-RAY, ITUNES, and other streaming and down loud sites then actual flawed nielsen ratings numbers. I dont know about you guys but I will be puting a preorder on a FUTURAMA VOLUME 7 DVD. If you want the show to last on comedy central you should buy the FUTURAMA VOLUME 7 DVD OR BLU-RAY and if you realy want the show to continue buy multiple copies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't wait for the next season 😭 I'm gonna miss it until the new episode and I can't wait tell the put this last season on Netflix.

It is true that DVD sales help the show but from Comedy Central's perspective they're mainly concerned about ratings for episodes they show. They, after all, are the ones who order the new episodes from 20th Century Fox(the studio).

So let's hope that all the repeats CC will show over the next year will get some good ratings.

The ratings for the finale double were very good; about 1.35/0.8 share which was a sharp up tick from recent weeks which had been around 1.0/0.5 share. It rated solidly for that night so over all a very good way to round out the season and show Comedy Central that we want more!
