Its definately not Robotron 2084. I checked both games, and the fact that Berzerk has speech which it plays at different pitch (In the same way the character speaks in the last episode of Futurama) makes me certain its the character from Berzerk. It also looks more like the Berserk character than the robots in RoboTron 2084.

Oh, and the "all your base are belong to us" phrase originated from a Megadrive version of a shootemup called Zero Wing. It has an intro with some very bad English translations of japanese or so.

In A.D. 2101
War was beginning.
Captain: What happen ?
Mechanic: Somebody set up us the bomb.
Operator: We get signal.
Captain: What !
Operator: Main screen turn on.
Captain: It's You !!
Cats: How are you gentlemen !!
Cats: All your base are belong to us.
Cats: You are on the way to destruction.
Captain: What you say !!
Cats: You have no chance to survive make your time.
Cats: HA HA HA HA ....
Captain: Take off every 'zig' !!
Captain: You know what you doing.
Captain: Move 'zig'.

Basically.. some person made a anim/video around this "joke" and it turned into some kind of internet craze/phenomenon... to be honest... it isnt THAT funny :) IMHO there are some far more amusing japanese->english translations to read :)
