Can't get enough Futurama
In Color

Uh...Cross Town Express

In the Entertainment Weeklies March issue, The Futurama DVD makes the Most-Wanted list as one of the 10 Best DVDs You're Not Supposed to Be Able to Buy in the U.S. They Write "Futurama Fry fans may want to go on a Bender overseas, where the first season is available, loaded with deleted scenes and a Matt Groening commentary." Of course it's not like we don't have amazon.co.uk to buy it. Just wish they would make things easier (shipping prices suck.)

Holding onto some media before I release it because I'd like to make them better. Things in the works right now:

3D Cursor Theme
-Futurama Alien Alphabet 2 True Type Font
-Windows XP and Mac OS X ready icons.

See Ya.

You should check out Amazon.de

It is often a little cheaper than the UK one because of the pound vs the Euro as the currency of choice.

The Season 1 DVD has German packaging and menus, but the episodes can still be played in English.

I bought mine for Euro 34.99 ($30 USD) and Amazon UK costs 31.99 pounds ($45 USD)

Links to both amazon.co.uk and amazon.de are available on our review page linked in the article. I'd personally go for the german release in case you understand german (for odering, the DVD plays english, too) as it's much cheaper and amazon.de has a more reliable shipping record.

It is one thing to pay for shipping overseas but also people need to realize territorial lock outs. If the Futurama DVD is only available in European regions North Americans must pay for privery DVD modifications. North America needs Futurama Season 1 along with all the seasons.

Err..Yeah. I meant to just say Amazon. I paid Close to $30 for mine too. And to be even more technical I should have said amazon.co.uk. Oh well. Hopefully everyone knew what I meant. Thanks for pointing out that I paid more, But then again I would Pay $100 for the DVD.

Friends and alot of other series DVDs are seasons ahead of the states. Why Futurama? Good thing I have original FOX tapes...oops did I say that, I meant..Oh well..I'm boned. Nah, they don't care about Futurama, I'm still in the clear. ;P

Any way you could make your old icons for Windows XP?

There is already an alien alphabet font 2 at the leela zone.

I wish my DVD player could play PAL. KNow where I can get a regionless DVD?

Responding to Destructor, I have the Sampo DVE-611 region-free player (just Google it, you'll find it online) and it plays just about any shiny flat disc I put in it.
