Just a seeing if I'm right or not... Isn't the first question on this trivia wrong? If you look at the shareholders vote in the begining, yes there is 100,001 (50,000 vs. 50,001) shares. But, if you look at the room, Zoidberg is not there to vote. If Zoidberg's stock is 51%, that means that everyone else only owns 49% put together. Thus, 100,001 shares only equals 49% of the stock, not all of it. Just checking...
