Hilariously, the Amazon pre-order page features an "Editorial Review" of "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir," apparently accidentally left over from the last time the template for the page was used. It confused me for the longest time!

"Joseph Mankiewicz's moody classic is less ghost story than romantic fantasy, a handsome 1947 drama of impossible love set on the picturesque turn-of-the-century New England coast...? What...what the heck are they talking about? Mankiewicz worked on Futurama? 1947??? My brain's getting hot! Der..."

So is there anything different about the US release and the old UK ones?

But for the region-1-ness and NTSC encoding, don't think so. They might have changed or omitted the DVD trailer (or changed it), but that should be all.

So this is how they get us. They don't show us the shows on TV so they make us pay $39.99 for them. And they make us wait.

Jurassic Bark is a Season 4 episode (when looking at the production codes). As the DVDs are made with production seasons in mind, you'd have to look for that one. (And I guess they'll come out eventually. Season 3 discs were being worked on the last time I heard from people there).
