Wouldn't count on there being another Futurama Xmas episode ever again. The Simpsons have had like 17 though yet time never seem to advance. Bart and Lisa are always in 4th and 2nd grade. Another major flaw with the Simpsons apposed to futurama which actually progresses through time (and I'm not talking about the 1000 year time skip).

If time progressed on "The Simpsons", Lisa would be 22, Bart would be 24, Maggie would be 14, and Marge and Homer would be in their 50's. You wouldn't want to watch that, would you?
