Can i get these comics at a local shop or do i buy them online?

You can get them at a local shop, that's where I get mine. There are links on this page to online shoppes that sell the comic. That's how I find out if its out yet, I look at those shoppes to see if its in, then I drive to the local comic store and buy it.

I've seen them at Fred Meyer even. They don't always have them available but occasionally you get lucky.

Yes, you should be able to get them at any book store. Mine didn't have it at the beginning but I just asked them to order a copy for me and since then Futurama is on their shelves.

As for the 1st issue, I don't think it has become more expensive than the other ones.

It's true that some comic book stores will not have Futurama. I know of one by my house, I have asked them a few times about it, and every time I go in they still don't have it. Any good comic store will have it. Note that they often only buy a few copies, so depending on how many Futurama fans are in your town, you might not get one. I know that with my favorite comic store, if I don't go down there within the first week its released, they will be sold out. It's very hard to find back issues at a comic store, at least in my experience. Your best bet to get the oldest issues is to buy online, but the earlier issues will be a bit more expensive. But to a Futurama fan, when it comes to owning everything ever released, money is no issue!

Bookstores should carry the first collection of Futurama comics. I think it was called Futurama-o-rama.

Ian- I was just at a book store yesterday looking through that section, and no Futurama-o-rama. They had every single Simpsons comic collection, but not the Futurama one. They might have just been sold out.

#11, they only printed one letter this issue, and it was by a person named Laura Vacher. I also wrote a letter, and also asked to make the comic monthly, but it was not printed. I will write again this month, and maybe next issue I will get lucky.

Making the comic monthly? Aren't you affraid that this would affect the quality of those comics? That's all we have left of Futurama now. Why don't you ask them instead why evry 4 months they have to come out with an issue that is poorly drawn?
