Cool Marc.....never knew How John dimaggio looked but now I do!:P

Ususally, I don't like it when the actors are revealed because when I see characters on shows sometimes I think of the actors, which isn't good for me. Because when I think of the actors, it makes me think of all the characters imaginary, ya know?

No one is forcing you to take a look ;)

It just was a shame that we are the biggest source on Futurama online and still didn't have much about the people behind the voices which add quite some to the overall charm of Futurama.

You know I was looking all over for Bio's about the Voice acting background....now I've found it all I can say is well done.

I was curious what Lauren....Maurice (The Brain), Dave, and John Looked like.

As for Billy, Tress and others.

I met them at conventions. Really cool people. Espically Tress. I met her Twice actually. Once at The Warner Bros Store in Manhattan (Remeber that store?, selling overpriced WB merchindense)? When she was promoting Animanics. Second In Cali.

It sucks that Futurama was cancelled, but hey the actors are having o problems finding work.

Great job on the voice actor section, Marc! I know you're busy but is there any way of getting together a similiar section for the writers? It'd be cool to trace writing trends throughout different series.

Um.... You know, the show is called Star Trek, not Star Trek: Enterprise. You may want to change that because the current Trek show is named Star Trek: Enterprise, and it may confuse people.

Umm, no clue how the Enterprise got back in there. I'm sure I had it changed in an earlier version. Will change it again then.

About the writers: The problem there is that there is much less information available on these. Maybe in a while if I get good sources.

Just a couple of bits of additional info: Lauren Tom made several guest appearances in the third season of "Homicide: Life On The Street," as the lovely-but-morbid Emma Zoole. Episodes well worth checking out! She had the lead role in "The Joy Luck Club" too, but I haven't seen that one.

Dave Herman was (apart from Phil LaMarr) the best castmember "Mad TV" ever had. Anyone ever catch the "Inkblot" sketch, where he played a perverse and hysterical US Senator who kept seeing "naked boys!!" in harmless pieces of art? He also did a great sketch called "Leaving Metropolis," playing Nicolas Cage as a drunk and pathetic Superman. Unfortunately, Dave only stayed on for the early couple of seasons of the show...

Despite the voluminous work she's done, this is the first time I have actually seen Tress MacNeille.

To this day I have a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that Ogden Wernstrom's voice comes out of Michael Bolton from Office Space. But you can definitely hear it in one of his other roles, as Nelson in "Dude, Where's My Car?", when he is talking to his dog, Jackal.

I realize these people have a lot of credits, and the importance of many of them is often a matter of perspective. But it seems to me that the one glaring omission is Lauren Tom's role in "The Joy Luck Club."

Katey Sagal's DOB seems to be difficult to determine: lots of dates float around, but I think it's either 19 January 1954 or 19 January 1956. They might have mentioned it on that "E! True Hollywood Story" special on Katey, which I have on tape somewhere (for those of you who never saw it, Futurama unfortunately only got an obligatory mention near the end)....Maybe that's why Katey never rocks up at all those Futurama conventions? 'Cause she doesn't wanna face the question "So when where you REALLY born??" from obsessive fans?

Also, John DiMaggio is NOT the voice of Scruffy: it's Dave Herman (which was clarified in the audio commentary for one of the Season 3 episodes: "The Route Of All Evil," I think it was).

Fixed the Scruffy part. Guess it's not really that important whether Katey is born in 54 or 56... Maybe the size of her party next January will tell ;)
