Can't get enough Futurama
In Color

Some Sleazy Halloween Update

Just added two fan arts featuring our favourite characters on trick or treat missions. The first one is by Futurama_Hil and the second one was submitted by Sean Murphy showing the characters of his cartoon Slacks over at DrunkDuck in Futurama costumes.

Don't forget to email in pictures of your Futurama costumes after trick-or-treating. If I get 5 or more entries, I'll make it a Futurama beauty pageant and maybe see for a DVD/VHS set for the winner For now I only got one submissions and two "letters of intend".

no fair you'll just decide the winner, by who has the best costume.

Isn't that the point?

i was imtimating the Professor from, "luck Of the Fryish" get the joke.

I'm sorry, I didn't make the logical connection between that Futurama quote and your "joke" whose only resemblance would be the first two words.

To make matters worse, I'll make edel the wholly partial jury :p

Speaker: "And the winner is ... Number 3, in a quantum finish."
Farnsworth: "No fair! You changed the outcome by measuring it!"

this is what I meant. I merely did a variation of this, in order to fit well in idea about a costume contest.

will that prize include all four DVD box sets or just ones that people don't have?

One ;) Do we look rich or something?

But up to now, I didn't get any further entries anyway.

Why does the picture look like something from The Oblongs?

"Speaker: "And the winner is ... Number 3, in a quantum finish."
Farnsworth: "No fair! You changed the outcome by measuring it!" "

That's actually a science/physics joke because the act of observing/measuring affects the system that you are observing/measuring.

anyway, here is my entry:

Yeah, it's a reference to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. This is why Futurama's my favorite show.

just thought i'd let youi know that i went as Bender for Hallowe'en and i have some pictures:

not nearly as nice as the other costume that another CGEF visitor had done, but i whipped it together in less than a week with cardboard and chrome spray paint. it was fun walking the streets of toronto and having all sorts of people recognize me - and i even ran into a guy dress as Fry. a good time was had by all.

cheers,

Got it. Nice pictures there.

I need one more submission and then I'll set a 5 day ultimatum for further ones. If I don't get a 5th submission by Sunday, I'll publish them without the winning stuff thing.
Get going people ;)
