Can't get enough Futurama
In Color

Season 5 on Cartoon Network

Starting Monday 3rd, Cartoon Network will be airing Futurama's "McSeason 5" consisting out of one 3ACV and 15 4ACV episodes. You can see them mondays to thursdays at 11PM each. To make things more complex, it will be the exact 16 episodes from FOX's season 5, but in production order instead of FOX order. Complicated, eh? Just have a look at the top of this page to see what's on for the next few days

This sounds a bit silly to me. CN have been showing all the eps in correct production order thus far, correct?

Does this mean they will miss out the three 4ACV eps which were aired in the airing season 4?

If they don't have a change of heart, yes, that's right.

Have you noticed the typo yet?

CN won't cut anything scenes out of the episodes, right? They didn't do it with the last episodes, so there is for them to do it now, right?

#4: Try sobering up before posting a message. :-)

I want to know if the episodes from season five will be edited in anyway when they air on CN? I hope not, I hope they air the same verison as they did on FOX.

who cares? most of the episodes that aired in season 5 were really bad. The Sting was horrible

That'd be your personal opinion. The Sting for example made it to the final 8 episodes and still isn't out of the race with the league on PEEL.

I saw the Simpsons' Halloween special.
Part 1: Rip-off of Family Guy
Part 2: sort of okay
Part 3: Had some funny moments, but I wish when Lisa had the watch, Homer, Marge, Bart and Maggie, had turned into Bender, Leela, Fry and Nibbler. In that order, sort of a final farewell. Them turning into the fantastic four was funny. I'd still would like my previous question answered.

Someone PLEASE tell me if Jurrasic bark has been aired yet on CN. I love that episode.
LeahNov 4th 2003, 23:40
Nope, it hasn't been aired yet. But it will be airing very soon, maybe next week if not this week.
RenNov 5th 2003, 16:30
Jurassic Bark is on 11-11-03.

I believe it's the only episode I've never seen.
SameSideNov 7th 2003, 10:05
"Crimes of the Hot" is the only one I haven't seen yet but it should be the night after "Jurassic Bark" right? So I'm not worried.
I've been taping them (editing out commercials) and I have all of them except, "Crimes of the Hot", "Jurassic Bark", "Spanish Fry" and "How Hermes Requistioned His Groove Back". "HHRHGB" is the only one I won't get a chance to tape. But Season 2 DVD is out so I'm not worried. Why does Europe get them before us? Marc please do what you can to find out anything about a movie or the comics or Groening's next move or anything else...After it ends on adult swim there is no guarentee that Futurama will ever be on television again. <pesimistic)(optimistic> Is it possible that another network could buy and start production on Season 6?

Is Cartoon Network going to stop running Futurama? They've been running commercials saying the lineup is changing and the list they show doesn't have Futurama on it.

What's the deal? I thought Futurama is a ratings winner. Did another network pick it up (I hope)?

They showing the new Sunday lineup on the promos. The Monday-Thursday lineup remain the same.
