Matt i hope ur reading this, ur a great guy and ur work is awsome, great job with futurama, Simpsons and Life in hell. U should make another show but put it another station thats wouldnt cancel ur show like Fox evin when futurama was doin so well. i sugest Teletoon.

i'm sorry for humanitys mental illness, not to accept futurama as one of the best animated series worldwide.. i would say its more better than the simpsons, cause there are much more posibilities in the future and the caracters are so well engineered thats it is a pity not to show any of the new futurama series on tv and the end after the 5th season.

I agree with FRinGes, I think Matt should do something about Fox cancelling Futurama when it was doing well... I sure theres more to it then that, but it was doing so well. Also I think the Simpsons has had its run, they've been on what seems like forever, and deserve to be canceled (the show is getting stupid, Homer meets a celeb. and acts retarded for 30 mins.)

But I KNOW I don't speek for myself when I say, let the Simpsons go while they still sorta have it, and start up Futurama again (do something thats never been done before(unless it has i dont know)Make the 1st eppisode of the new season open up saying "We're back!" as the caption and have the picture of Fry Leela and Bender like in "Devil's hands" epp.

Agreed. The Simpons, while a milestone, has lost it's charm. The smart thing to do would be to let it die with dignity. "None of that huddled over for warmth crap." Family Guy has forced FOX to allow more leniance to what can go on in an animated series. I could go on, but I have concerts and recitals that need rehearsing for.

I have come late to the Futurama universe and am truly stunned that such a great show has been cancelled. Fox obviously never put any time into promoting this show, and they made a BIG mistake. I suppose that the only hope for Futurama fans is to petition Cartoon Network to pick up the show. - hint hint hint - A network that size shouldn't need more than 100,000 signatures to listen, I would hope.

hopefully, continued strong sales of the dvd releases coupled with the success of adult swim (us) will propel futurama into ???? movies? some sort of tv special?

Futurama is the bestest show ever. Why must it be gone. I hope the will be more because the simpsons are done or have been for a little while. More Futurama. NOW!!!

I think he might be willing to take that risk Mike. But a T.V. special? C'mon, I think Futurama could hold out for something slightly better.

It would be nice for a T.V. spcial or for them to jsut get it back running on FOX and take over The Simpsons place, or something like that anything would be nice for us fans.
