IMO, Futurama is a much better lead in to Family Guy then vice versa.

I hate that adult swim keeps switching these shows. I like watching Futurama at 11:00, then switching over to The Simpsons at 11:30. I don't watch Family Guy on tv since all the episodes are on dvd, plus IMO its nothing compared to Futurama and The Simpsons. So, when Futurama is on at 11:30, same time as The Simpsons, it just annoys me.

(And yeah, I dont watch Family Guy since I have all the dvds, but when the last Futurama dvd set is released, I'll still watch it on tv cuz its so much better and it deserves those ratings!)

Thankfully I have Tivo so it doesn't matter when they show it. Tivo records it and I watch it when I want to.

Could you do me and leave your TV on to CBN, EWTN, or Spice all day when you're not watching something you want to see? That should lower the shares for everyone else.

This works for me because I can watch The Simpsons at 11p and Futurama at 11:30p

If you're gonna watch Cartoon Network, you're gonna have to learn to roll with stuff like this. The Adult Swim boys like to piss everyone off and watch 'em go bats**t on the message boards. (A full month of unexplained "Space Ghost Is F***ing Dead," anyone? Or the time they said they were dropping "Inu Yasha?" They LIKE playing with fire.)

(If anyone cares--"Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast" apparently got the shaft because DC Comics is going dead-serious with the character in a few months...Alex Ross painted covers and everything. We'll soon see if this is a HUGE MISTAKE, or just a FREAKING HUGE MISTAKE...What's next? A live-action $300-million CGI-fest based on "Sealab 2020?"

I kind of agree with you, but since I got laid off and I am suffering from Insomina I kind of gotten into Auqa Teen Hunger Force. But it should just be on Once a Week like Sunday at 12:30 or something like that.

Bring Back Futurama.

The only reason I stay up until 11:00 p.m. on weekdays is because I HAVE to watch Futurama! Now, I have to wait until 11:30, again...*sigh* Futurama is a far superior show, it's not stupid funny like Family Guy...I guess people don't care about intelligent humor like the humor Futurama offers...

Family Guy isn't even stupid funny, its just plain stupid. Adult Swim's little ploy to try to make me watch Family Guy by moving it before Futurama still won't work though because i'd rather watch 30 minutes of Weather Channel than Family Guy. At least there's sometimes a hot chick on Weather Channel, and that beats a fat cartoon oaf any day.

#19: It seems everyone in Iowa loves Family Guy. I have yet to meet a person in Iowa who hates it (I don't count people who haven't seen it).

But as far as this whole switching thing goes; it doesn't matter. Next month I'll have all of Futurama and Family Guy on DVD; so whatever CN does with it's Time Slots is fine with me. (Of course thanks to CN I could see both these shows and figure they rule. Fox never gave me or other people a chance with these shows).
