this is what passes for futurama news these days?
someone should make a petition and mail it to fox. we just need 1 million futurama fans to sign.
that means if 10000 of us use this website and we each get our 100 closest friends to sign we can have futurama back! now someone get off your lazy ass and organize it!

omg, i read "will be _singing_ Futurama and Simpsons comic books" and found the whole scenario very weird...

C'mon guys, this news is pretty good, it's better than none at all. It's a good fix for now, and it's good to see the little things get mentioned, they're important too...

perhaps no one realizes how dumb this news really is. This webpage should refocus it's efforts from being a futurama remembrance page to a futurama revival page. Maybe it's just that no one cares, but I think that if you are taking the time to come onto read this crap that you should expect to be getting some results. Bring on some new episodes. Preferably on Fox and not CN, because that would just suck and you all know it.

Hello? This website actually took all it's contents off for a couple of periods just to solely concentrate on that issue. We all want new episodes, and there was a HUGE petition, but it did jack. I'm not saying we should give up, but it would just be pathetic if all this site ever did was just try to get new episodes, and forget what we already have. They told us about the rumours, what did you expect, the next update to say it's back again?...

Two great days in a row for the UK, Futurama comics released on the 1st, and the US presidential election on the 2nd. Wow.

enopepsui, it's posts like yours that really give me the motivation to update at all on CGEF. Thanks a lot.

Everyone here at CGEF have done their part to try and save futurama. We sent two stacks of papers holding around 100,000+ signatures petitioning that the show be brought back. Did it help? no. A WEBSITE CANT GET A SHOW BACK. Even though, we tried.

And as Otis has said, we've even shut down the website to bring awareness to the issue of bringing futurama back.

Get 100 of my closest friends? Well, I would, but my million other friends would feel left out in the cold, and I'm just not that cold hearted.
Jon, Adam and co, you guys are doing a bang up job. Keep it up.
If you're still think fan-stuff can save the show, go to that Anchovies for Fry thing.

And by Adam, I did of course mean Andie. Ahem.

I had a dream last night that Futurama was brought back and that in one episode they visited Vegus (formally Venus) and ZoidBerg put a $1 chip on Black in Roulette and won like $30K and then put that on Black and lost it then did his trademark cry... it was cool because it was like getting a new episode.

If anyone from the production crew reads this and futurama has a chance of getting back on the air you may take my dream gratis.

At #2: What the hell are you talking about? This _IS_ news! New stuff, that's news to me! Efforts to bring back Futurama, sadly, have yet to create any news.
