For UK readers and people from other places that are interested in late news: Bender ended up #3 in the Ultimate Sci-fi Top 10 show that was on Sky One today. Here's the top 5:

I love how Bender is always one of the top three for 'favorite sci-fi robot'. It shows that Futurama is still loved alot, especially when it does well against famous robots like R2-D2 and C3PO.

Kryten being the overall winner, I don't know why he numbered them that way.

you don't know who Kryten is? He's from the popular British series Red Dwarf that ran for like 11 years from 88-99. He's actually a humanoid andriod, makes for a hilarious comedy. Many Futurama elements are also in Red Dwarf, just google it.

Assuming you meant "who" and not "he" Kryton was the android from the Sci-fi sitcom Red Dwarf (it's British and therefore good) who wanted to be human but could not even lie about an orange being a banana. I never want to see/hear a stupid question like that again.

Ok the Comicbookguy does think Bender belongs in the top 3, but Kryten (from Red Dwarf) should be number 1 or 2 at least. His groinal attachemnt alone puts him over the top.
