The Comics are cool, but it's just not the same without the voices, the sound gesturs and the timing.

the comic is no substitute for new episodes... why can't the comic guys just make new episodes all incognito like then post them on file sharing programs on internet. in fact maybe they already did this, I have to go.

the eposodes take way too much money to make to just put them on file sharing sites(though that would be the greatest)

I liked the whole 'Bucky' Captain America ripoff through Leela's thread.

Does anybody know where I can get some old copies of Futurama comics? I've never read any of them, and I'd like to start at the beginning.

Don't get them illegally, its not nice, and its no fun reading them off a screen.

megacitycomics.co.uk
thecomicguru.co.uk
kryptonkomics.com
comix-shop.co.uk
titanmagazines.co.uk

Not legally it isn't. You can make as many copies as you want, as long as you don't give/sell them to anyone. That's the wonders of copyright laws.
