Futurama season one region one dvd set is now listed on Amazon.com for pre-order. Most likely it will be released toward the end of this year.

The last 3 Episodes of are from Season 3 and not from Season 2

Nope. The last three were produced for Season 2 but only shown in season 3. The DVDs however will include these 3 too.
