Just one thing I noticed, all the sesason 3 episodes have french sound except for The Route of all Evil. I guess this is because it was aired in Foxs season 5, so it hasn't been dubbed into French yet. I don't jnow how i notcied this, i don't speak French or anything. i just thought this info might be useful for any French fans who are thinking about buyung the set.

This is off topic but, The futurama merchandise page is back up, and there is a picture of the cover for comic number 14, along with a plot synopsis, it sound good.

amm, shouldn't the regions included in the dvds be specified on them?
because it's usually like that with dvds..

All UK versions always list region 2 on the discs but they are really region 2 and 4. Has been like that with Season 1 and Season 2; Season 3 we weren't sure yet, but it's the same again as far as I can tell.

Regarding the French sound: I removed my comments about that again after I noticed that Godfellas doesn't have French sound. Will have to look closer later on to see which do and which don't. The box does say French sound.

Can somebody please help me find these Easter Eggs. I'm not good at finding these. Please Help!

I agree with the guy above me - if anyone finds the easter eggs on all the disks, could it be posted by Marc on this site? That would be really useful so fans can get the absolute most of our Season Three Sets, they rule as well by the way!

When the alien copyright notice appears: Go to the next track: The translation appears - a service to the illiterates amongts us. The translation doesn't appear on my CD if i just play the sequence normally.

Also noteworthy: the frame after the 30th Century Fox logo trailer.

For those who play the DVD on Linux: Great improvement: You don't have to toggle the interlaced mode anymore (like in season 1 and 2)

The only annoyance with the season 3 DVDs are that the "inbetweeners" where you select to play episode or whatever, is accompanied by sound :///
I used to play season 1 & 2 a lot and sometimes fell asleep during the last track. Now the "noises" wakes me up. I really hope season four keeps music in the main track only, and not in the submenus.

All the easter eggs are on disk 1. On the Amazon Women main menu, press left, the screen is selected, press enter. You get over 80 un-used opening title quotes, they're really funny.

Do the same thing on the Tale of two Santas menu. You get the table read. If you then press up once the screen is selected you get David Cohens Xmas message.

I hope that info is clear and easy enough to follow.

on the Tale of two Santas menu:
Play the DVD on a PC, move the mouse-cursor over the image of the santas, then move it to the upper right hand corner of the blue menu area. Santa's hat appears. Click it and the Xmas message starts playing.

Australia is PAL and im pretty sure we import most stuff from either UK or Germany. I thought that seasons 1 and 2 also had the warning but i cant remember. Australia is Region 4 so i guess it'll be released here soon enough. And the season 3 set rocks :) Im a bit confused as to why they are being released in production order rather than airing order...

Well it had better be playable. I'm not a great fan of $80 coaster sets..

Futurama

Most new DVD players released in Aust appear to be region free anyway (even though they have the "R4" logo stamped on them). Not sure why this is but whose complaining. If you are planning on buying a new DVD player just ask the salesperson to ensure the player is "region free".

I think the Easter Eggs for the Season 3 DVD are great! The one's in the Season One and Season Two DVD were a bit of a letdown. The Table Read for 'A Tale Of Two Santas' is side splitting, It's just a shame it wasn't recorded on camera. I love the message from David X. Cohen, it's very funny.
The Commentries are great too. I love the ones with Tress Macnelle and Maurice Lamarshe.

Now I can go order it from amazon.co.uk without worring. You would think that they would mark it as being R4 compadable because then they would sell more copies to Australia.
