Can't get enough Futurama

TBS Summer Rerun Schedule #1

Starting this Monday and continuing throughout the summer, Futurama (followed by Family Guy) will air at 2PM on TBS. As of now, both shows will be shown in production order.
Mon 07th: Space Pilot 3000
Tue 08th: The Series Has Landed
Wed 09th: I, Roommate
Thu 10th: Pre-empted by baseball
Fri 11th: Loves Labours Lost in Space

marc u give all the dates of futurama in the usa but i want 2 no when the new episodes will be aired on sky1 hahha i got the 1st comment

The last 3 news were by Jon, not me.
Thing is, we can't publish airing dates for all countries. I'm from Germany myself and at most announce when a new series starts there. If we did list England/Germany/Australia/etc, the news would be flooded with that. That's why we stick to the primary market USA.

Anyway mikey, Futurama is always shown on Sunday at 7:00pm on Sky One and repeated on Saturday. It's not always a new episode, but just check the digi-guide every week. Sky treat Futurama really well, it's just that they can't go ahead of Fox. If they could we'd have seen the last episode months ago!

#4: These aren't new episodes. Who cares? Most of us have the first season episodes on DVD already anyways. Besides that, they're not going to skip episodes from the looks of it.

#4, just be happy there's Futurama at all! Ted Turner, after all, doesn't *have* to show Futurama on TBS in the first place. Be happy that it's being shown there at all during the temporary CN hiatus. Anyway, TBS will obviously doing a lot better job than Fox!

I guess that the Ted Turner tribute in The Deep South just melted his heart. Hopefully TBS will treat Futurama with respect. Since I don't know too much about American networks, does this station TBS have a big budget? I mean isn't Ted Turner a huge financial force in broadcasting? If all goes well could they afford to produce more episodes?

i think the most watched cable network is HBO. but i could be wrong. TBS however is more available than Cartoon Network, and is also in Canada.

I'd highly doubt that HBO is the most watched cable network on TV, simply because it's a subscription network and not everyone is willing to pay for it.

Right now, TNT is the most watched network, but it usually alternates between Nickelodeon, USA Network, and if there's a war going on Fox News and CNN.

people still watch USA? sheesh. what's ON that anymore? and im surprised at TNT. must be all the Law and Order repeats.

HBO's original programs like Sex and the City and The Sopranos however get ratings of 5.0/8 and beyond.

That was great. I just finished watching the first episode on TBS and it was great. Althought for some reason the picture come in a lil fuzzy in my area, its still great having 2 Futurama showings in a day (for the next week or two). Im just gald that Turner has enough common sence to keep the show running on one of his 1000's of networks,lol. I never liked the man but hes obviously smart. Much love to Teddy. Peace

My cable's been fuzzy off and on for the last month also. It's starting to piss me off. I just hope when the new long-waited Futurama comes on, it doesn't become fuzzy so at least it will look good on tape. You know damn well Fox isn't going to rerun these newer Futuramas when they are done showing these last shows. They didn't do it with Family Guy and I had to wait about two years before I saw Family Guy again.

Only one weekday afternoon baseball game is currently on the TBS schedule through the end of August, so the pre-emptions should be minimal.

Unfortunately, TBS is showing episodes that CN aired less than two weeks ago. They also happen to be episodes that are available on DVD in the United States.

i just watched futurama for the 1st time on tbs today. i must say this is the stupidest cartoon ever made.futurama was boring,childish,idiotic,&just plain stupid!have fun watching this show you bunch of pathetic idiots!
